Today, TOTALSEAL® is an internationally recognised brand with a focus on high performance mechanical sealing and seal support systems, where we service both existing assets, or provide our own TOTALSEAL® designed sealing products.
TOTALSEAL® was founded in the year 2000 and the journey started by providing our customers with innovative product improvements, reliability support and overall product satisfaction.
In 2015, TOTALSEAL® was acquired by Diploma PLC, a FTSE 100 listed company on the London Stock Exchange. Diploma PLC coordinates a decentralised model empowering its businesses to work with its customers, specialising in the supply of technical products, by focusing on value-add solutions, and operates in Australia as Diploma Australia Seals.
In Australia, we are distributed through our two group entities: PUMPNSEAL Australia, on the western side of Australia and FITT Resources on the east coast. Together, both of these entities service all of Australia as well as exporting sealing products globally.
Our facilities are equipped with mechanical seal clean rooms, fully functional pump assets and calibrated testing equipment. We also have dedicated technical field services teams that are available to assist in commissioning, performance monitoring and troubleshooting throughout all stages of plant operation as well as shut down maintenance campaigns.
